【摘    要】随着国家经济建设不断发展，人们对教育服务、教学质量的要求达到了一个空前的高度，教育工作面临了新的压力。幼儿园保教人员如何在幼儿情感调控中发挥重要作用还是一个新课题，需要教育工作者认真研究分析，加强应对策略，提升保教人员的服务能力，满足广大人民群众对幼儿教育服务的需求。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of national economic construction， people's requirements for educational services and teaching quality have reached an unprecedented height， and education is facing new pressures. How kindergarten protection and education staff play an important role in the control of childrens emotions is still a new topic， which requires educators to study and analyze carefully， strengthen response strategies， improve the service capabilities of protection and education staff， and meet the needs of the masses for Early Childhood Education services.

在幼儿阶段进行教育时，不仅要对幼儿进行智力上的启蒙，还要对幼儿进行情感上的启蒙，帮助幼儿合理、正确地调控自己的情感，在此阶段，幼儿园保教人员应该起到重要作用。本文将从保教人员对幼儿进行情感调控的内容、意义及策略三方面出发，对幼儿园保教人员在幼儿情感调控中的作用及策略展开研究，希望能帮助幼儿园保教人员顺利开展情感调控工作。

一、保教人员对幼儿进行情感调控的内容

（一）随时关注幼儿的情绪状态

随着社会对幼儿情感和情绪表达的重视和呼吁，幼儿的情绪调控成为幼儿园和家长普遍关心的话题。保教人员作为负责幼儿日常保育工作的专业人员，应格外关注幼儿的情绪状态。幼儿由于天性活泼，对事物的好奇心和敏感程度都比大人要更加强烈和迅速，保教人员与幼儿几乎是朝夕相处，可以随时随地关注对幼儿的一举一动和情绪，能注意到他们有时突然的情绪变化。保教人员应随时关注幼儿的情绪状态，帮助幼儿认识情绪情感、接受情感调控。……
