【摘    要】当今世界，信息技术正以惊人的速度改变着人们的学习方式、思维方式、交往和工作方式，并促使学校教育越来越向个性化、精准化发展。新的教育媒体、手段、模式，各种新理念的数字化网络教育服务平台应运而生，通过网络信息技术来提升学校的教学效率和教学效果，从而积累一定的教育体验，有助于推动优质教育资源的均衡配置，这样能够促使学校管理更加高效，学校的德育教育工作更加方便，有助于学校的课堂教学和教学研究发展，同时还能够促进家校沟通。本文针对如何巧用网络学习空间，助力学校内涵发展等方面进行了深入的探索，总结出了一些行之有效的方法，与大家分享。

【Abstract】New educational media， methods， models， and a variety of new concepts of digital online education service platforms have emerged to improve the schools teaching efficiency and teaching effects through network information technology， so as to accumulate a certain educational experience. It helps to promote the balanced allocation of high-quality educational resources， which can promote more efficient school management， more convenient school moral education， and help the schools classroom teaching and teaching research development， as well as promote home-school communication.This article has conducted an in-depth exploration of how to use the online learning space to help the school's connotation development， etc.， and summarized some effective methods to share with you.

一、利用網络学习空间，让学校的管理更高效

网络学习空间的建设和使用，可以加快数字化校园的建设，让学校的管理更高效，促进学校精细化管理，彰显学校办学特色。例如，我们可以利用QQ、钉钉、微信等交流平台，快捷发布通知、文档、视频、音频等学校各种信息。将学校的各种工作要求和任务快速便捷地传达下去，教师在第一时间回复、执行。尤其是有着全新学校管理理念的“钉钉”不仅给我们引入了一个教育管理平台，还使教育管理进入“云”和“移动教育”时代，更让我们开始思考在“互联网+”时代学校的组织重构和管理流程再造。例如……
