摘  要：随着时代的进步，教育也在快速发展，并且也加大了高等院校就业压力，无论是大学生就业能力的提高，还是就业水平，都显得更加至关重要。在提高大学生就业方面，职业素养教育和规划大学生职业生涯承担着重要角色。在课程思政理念下，规划民办大学生职业生涯，就是系统地规划大学生职业的过程，主要内容有规划学习、选择职业、事业理想、职业道德以及职业发展等各个方面，目的就是将大学生择业和就业的中的综合能力有效提高。

Vocational Quality Education Path of Private College Students under the Concept of Curriculum Ideological and Political

Abstract： With the progress of the times， education is also developing rapidly， and it also increases the employment pressure of colleges and universities. Whether it is the improvement of college students' employability or the level of employment， it is more and more important. In improving college students' employment， professional quality education and career planning play an important role. Under the concept of curriculum ideology and politics， planning the career of private college students is the process of systematically planning college students' career. The main contents include planning learning， choosing career， career ideal， professional ethics and career development. The purpose is to effectively improve the comprehensive ability of college students in choosing and employment.

经济全球化在不断地发展，改革开放也在不断地深入，在课程思政理念下，民办高校的教育工作既面临着新的机遇，又面临着挑战。在经济新常态的背景下，怎样促进大学生未来职业健康可持续地发展，对于我国民办高等院校思想政治教育工作而言，是一项非常重大的任务。该文分析和研究了课程思政理念下，民办高等院校大学生职业素养教育存在的问题和路径。

1  民办高等院校大学生职业素养教育中存在的问题

1.1 职业素养教育的意识不强

1.1.1 民办高等院校管理层的意识比较淡薄

我国许多民办高等院校重视规划大学生职业课程的程度不足，没有在规划学校发展的层面上，将规划学生成长和职业生涯更好地联系起来，对于开展民办高等院校职业素养教育工作非常不利。
