摘 要：分析我国科技金融的相关研究热点与发展现状。运用文献计量方法，对中国知网（CNKI）检索的文献进行计量分析，运用Citespace软件对检索的相关文献进行可视化分析，绘制科学知识图谱。我国科技金融相关的研究发文量呈现逐年上升的趋势，核心发文量占总发文量的比例较低;科技金融相关研究文献多集中于金融理论类杂志;研究学者和研究机构主要分布在北京、南京、上海等地区，研究机构之间的合作并不密切;科技金融相关问题的研究热点主要集中于科技金融与科技创新、科技型企业与战略性新兴产业、企业规模差异与区域差异等。我国科技金融研究成果丰硕，文献质量较好;相关研究学者与研究机构之间的合作有待进一步加强。

Finance Based on Knowledge Map

Abstract：This paper analyzes the research hotspots and development status of science and technology finance in China. The bibliometric method is used to analyze the literatures retrieved by CNKI，and CiteSpace software is used to visually analyze the retrieved literatures and draw a map of scientific knowledge. In China，the number of research papers related to science and technology finance has been increasing year by year，and the proportion of core papers to the total number of published papers is relatively low; Research papers on science and technology finance are mostly published in Financial Theory Journals; Researchers and research institutions are mainly distributed in Beijing，Nanjing，Shanghai and other regions，and the cooperation between research institutions is not close; The research mainly focuses on science and technology finance and technology innovation，science and technology enterprises and strategic emerging industries，enterprise scale differences and regional differences. The research results of science and technology finance in China are abundant and the quality of literature is good;The cooperation between  relevant  scholars and  research institutions needs to be further strengthened.

0 引言隨着现代网络技术的普及，互联网与金融行业产生了深度的融合，形成了互联网金融这一新型金融创新模式。科技金融的本质是金融，属于互联网金融的范畴，其依托互联网金融实现了指数型的发展[1]。科技金融的发展还并不完善，国内外都没有形成一个完整的研究体系，研究的侧重点也不尽相同。张芷若，谷国锋（2019）指出国外学者对于科技金融的研究主要集中在金融发展与技术进步、商业银行与技术创新、国家研发投入与技术进步、金融创新与技术创新等方面[2]。国内外学者对于科技金融的研究主要分析了科技金融的发展机制与体制、发展路径与模式、现状与问题以及科技金融的效益与评价等[3]。……
