摘 要：文章基于演化博弈理论，通过构建企业嵌入网络行为的演化博弈模型，分析在不同的成本、信任度和合作度条件下对企业的两种行为策略—“积极嵌入”和“消极回避”的动态影响过程。研究发现：第一，有限理性的条件下，集群协同创新网络的构建受企业博弈行为的共同影响;第二，从长期效益来看，嵌入集群协同创新网络是企业的最优策略;第三，企业嵌入集群协同创新网络的成本、企业间的信任度和合作度影响企业是否嵌入集群协同创新网络，并与其行为策略的转变存在显著的影响关系，降低成本、增加企业间的信任程度和合作程度，可以促进企业博弈实现均衡状态，从而正向推进构建集群协同创新网络。研究结论对推动企业嵌入集群协同创新网络具有一定的参考价值。

An Evolutionary Game Analysis on the Behavior of Enterprises

Embedded Cluster Collaborative Innovation Network

Abstract：Based on the evolutionary game theory，this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of enterprises behavior of embedding into the network，and analyzes the dynamic influence process of two behavior strategies“positive embedding” and “negative avoidance” under different conditions of cost，trust and cooperation.It is found that：first，under the condition of bounded rationality，the construction of cluster collaborative innovation network is influenced by the game behavior of enterprises;Secondly，from the perspective of longterm benefits，embedding cluster collaborative innovation network is the best strategy for enterprises;Thirdly，the cost，trust and cooperation between enterprises affect whether enterprises are embedded in cluster collaborative innovation network，and have a significant impact on the change of behavior strategy.Reducing cost and increasing trust and cooperation between enterprises can promote the enterprise game to achieve a balanced state，thus positively promoting the construction of cluster collaborative innovation network.The research conclusion has certain reference value for promoting enterprises to embed into cluster collaborative innovation network.

0 引言在全球產业链重构、国内国际双循环发展的大背景下，企业嵌入集群协同创新网络逐渐成为培养新业态、新模式，推动产业建设和创新发展的重要一环[1]。集群协同创新网络是网络内企业成员相互博弈的结果，博弈过程中信任危机、合作度低等问题的存在，将导致集群协同创新网络风险[2]，在很大程度上导致产业集群的进一步发展受阻，因此，如何利用演化稳定策略激发集群协同创新网络中企业合作、引导企业嵌入网络就显得尤为重要。
