摘 要：为了检验基于探索式创新关于合作网络结构洞对企业技术创新能力影响的中介作用以及股权集中关于合作网络结构洞和探索式创新对企业技术创新能力影响的调节作用，基于社会网络理论、知识基础理论，构建一个有调节的中介模型，利用我国信息传输、软件、信息技术服务业上市企业2007—2019年间申请的专利数据，从探索式创新的中介视角和股权结构的调节作用下实证检验了合作网络结构洞对企业技术创新能力的线性和非线性影响。实证分析表明：合作网络结构洞对企业技术创新能力产生正向影响;探索式创新在合作网络结构洞和企业技术创新能力之间起部分中介作用;股权集中在合作网络结构洞和企业技术创新能力之间呈倒U型的调节作用;股权集中在探索式创新对企业技术创新能力影响中呈U型的调节作用。

and Enterprise Technological Innovation Ability

——Based on the Regulating Effects of Ownership Structure

Abstract：To test how the mediation role of cooperation network structural holes based on exploratory innovation influencing enterprise technology innovation ability and regulating effect of the ownership concentration between ownership concentration and enterprise technology innovation ability，the paper，based on the theory of social network and knowledge-based theory，built a mediation model of regulation.Using information transmission，software，the patent data if information technology service industry in Chinas listed companies from 2007 to 2019，the paper，from the intermediary perspective of exploratory innovation and the regulatingt effect of the ownership structure，empirically tested the linear and non-linear impact of the cooperation network structure hole on the enterprises technological innovation capability.The results indicate that the cooperative network structure hole has a positive influence on the technological innovation ability of enterprises.Exploratory innovation plays a mediating role between the structure hole of cooperative network and the technological innovation ability of enterprises.The equity concentration between the cooperative network structure hole and the technological innovation ability of the enterprise has an inverted U-shaped regulating effect.Equity concentration plays a U-shaped regulating role in the influence of exploratory innovation on the technological innovation ability of enterprises.

0 引言随着经济由要素驱动不断转换为创新驱动，企业会受到自身知识基础和创新能力的制约[1]，很难通过自身闭门造车式的创新适应外部市场需求的变化，因而追求建立企业间的合作网络是企业提升技术创新能力的重要途径。周怀峰和陈晔（2017）研究得出网络各成员间建立合作可获得经济利益的最大化[2];陆健、蒲晓敏、李平（2020）基于资源依赖理论以及网络拼凑理论，企业间的合作为技术企业的创新提供动力[3]。……
