摘 要：对《运动生理学》课程进行教学改革，以“课程思政”建设为目标，通过课程思政内容建设，提升课程育人质量体系，加强学生的德育教育是本研究的目的。本文通过分析《运动生理学》课程和学生特点、课程教学目标和课程思政元素，创新性设计课程思政教学案例，并将案例融入课程教学。课程的主要教学案包括新冠肺炎与健康教育、健康中国战略与全民健康、冠军事迹、女排精神、最美逆行者、绿色发展观和通过现象看本质等。思政课程的设计和实施主要采用了案例教学法、讨论式教学法、互动交流式教学法、项目驱动式教学法、参与式教学法、情景式教学法、实验教学法等多种教学方法。《运动生理学》课程教学结合案例开展思政教学，为培育和饯行社会主义核心价值观，担当民族复兴大任的时代新人打下了基础。

Abstract：

The purpose of this study was to carry out the teaching reform of the course of exercise physiology， take the construction of “Ideological and political course” as the goal， improve the quality system of curriculum education， and strengthen the moral education of students through the construction of Ideological and political content of the course. This paper designed of Ideological and political teaching case by the analysis of “exercise physiology” course and students characteristics， teaching objectives and ideological and political elements of the course. The main teaching cases included Chinas novel coronavirus pneumonia and health education， health China strategy and national health， champion deeds， women volleyball spirit， the most beautiful reverse traveler， green development concept， and phenomena. The design and implementation of Ideological and political course mainly adopted case teaching method， discussion teaching method， interactive teaching method， project driven teaching method， participatory teaching method， situational teaching method， experimental teaching method and other teaching methods. The teaching of “exercise physiology” combined with cases to carry out ideological and political teaching has laid the foundation for cultivating and preserving the socialist core values and taking on the responsibility of national rejuvenation.

在全國教育大会上，习近平总书记指出教育的根本任务是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。既要提高学生的知识水平也要培养学生的思想道德修养[1]。教育部印发《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》要求课堂教学改革中必须以“课程思政”建设为目标，通过课程思政内容建设，提升课程育人质量体系。在思想政治理论课教师座谈会上，习总书记强调要不断挖掘课程和教学方式中的思政资源，不断完善课程体系，做到课程与思政相互匹配，实现全员全程全方位育人[2]。……
