摘要：开展畜牧业管理活动的首要前提是加强动物防疫管理，这与畜牧业的可持续发展有密切的相关性。基层畜牧兽医动物防疫工作的重要地位不断提升，对我国畜牧兽医疾病的防控带来极大影响。该文需要通过基层畜牧兽医动物防疫工作的开展为切入点，对存在的问题及改进措施进行论述。

Problems and Improvement Measures of Animal Epidemic Prevention in Grass-roots Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine

Abstract：The primary premise of animal husbandry management is to strengthen animal epidemic prevention management，which is closely related to the sustainable development of animal husbandry. The importance of animal epidemic prevention in grassroots Animal Husbandry and veterinary has been continuously promoted，which has great influence on the prevention and control of animal diseases in China. This article needs to discuss the existing problems and improving measures through the development of animal epidemic prevention in grass-roots animal husbandry and veterinary.

在畜牧业发展中，基层动物防疫工作逐渐受到业内人士的广泛关注。畜牧业在未来发展中迎来更广阔的发展空间，但是在实际推进工作中依旧存在一些问题。需要对基层畜牧兽医工作的问题及改进措施进行探讨。

1畜牧兽医动物防疫工作职责

1.1加强疾病防控管理

在我国各地基层畜牧兽医动物防疫单位中，疾病防控是一项核心内容，积极开展疫情应激防控管理，促使相关区域的畜牧工作能积极、高效地推进，为我国畜牧事业的健康、稳定发展做铺垫。

1.2开展健康排查与科研活动

健康排查一般是指对辖区内的动物健康状态进行排查的一项具体活动，同时还需要加强各类动物的免疫管理[1]。科研活动主要是相关单位的业务工作者结合区域内的具体情况，按照防疫工作的根本需求及具有的问题，对其开展课题研究活动，由此能分析辖区内畜牧兽医防疫工作所具有的问题，以便于对其存在的不足实施处理。

1.3完善基础设施建设与人员配置体系
