摘要：大肠杆菌病是鸡养殖领域发生流行较为严重的一种细菌性传染性疾病，是由某些致病性线性型的大肠杆菌侵染机体引发的一种传染性疾病，不同年龄的鸡感染大肠杆菌后，会表现出不同的临床特征，由于表现的临床症状多样，在诊断中经常将该病与其他传染性疾病混淆，造成诊断缺乏针对性，错过最佳的防控时机。该文主要论述鸡大肠杆菌的发病原因、临床症状、病理变化和鉴别诊断方法，然后提出相应的防控措施，希望通过研究对广大同行有所帮助。

Differential Diagnosis and Control of Avian Colibacillosis

Abstract：Colibacillsis is a kind of bacterial infectious disease that has become more prevalent in the chicken breeding field. It is caused by the infection of certain pathogenic linear types of E. Coli into the body by infectious disease，due to the variety of clinical symptoms，the disease is often confused with other diseases in the diagnosis，resulting in a lack of specificity in the diagnosis of E. coli in chickens of different ages，and miss the best chance of containment. This paper mainly discusses the pathogenic cause，clinical symptoms，pathological changes and differential diagnosis methods of chicken E. Coli，and then puts forward the corresponding prevention and control measures.

大腸杆菌是自然环境中存在较为广泛的一种条件性致病菌，同时也是鸡消化道中的一种常在致病菌，呈现隐性发病经过，不会表现出明显的致病性。鸡养殖管理中，如果没有做好针对性营养调控，养殖场的卫生环境相对较差，养殖密度较大，鸡舍空气迅速恶化，造成鸡群身体抵抗能力下降后，会给大肠杆菌病的传播流行提供条件。大肠杆菌在养殖场中传播流行，速度较快，流行范围较为广泛，可威胁不同年龄不同品种的鸡。要求养殖管理人员加强该种疾病的流行特征调查，分析引起大肠杆菌病发生的主要原因，并构建综合性的防控方案，确保在短时间内控制病情，避免带来严重的经济损失。
