摘要：肝片吸虫病又被称为肝蛭病，是由肝片吸虫和肝片吸虫属的肝片吸虫寄生在羊的胆管，肝脏中引发的一种体内寄生虫病。肝片吸虫病在内蒙古伊金霍洛旗羊养殖领域广泛发生，是一种危害极大、传播速度较快的疾病。肝片吸虫在羊的肝脏和胆管中大量寄生，繁殖中与羊争夺营养物质，造成羊生长发育不良，母羊的生产能力显著下降。另外，肝片吸虫自身繁殖过程中也会产生大量的毒素，会造成羊出現全身性的中毒，影响生长，甚至会造成大量羔羊死亡。该文主要论述羊肝片吸虫病爆发流行经过，论述诊治过程。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Fascioliasis in Sheep

Abstract：Fascioliasis hepatica，also known as Hepatobillosis，is an internal parasitic disease caused by fasciola hepatica and Fasciola hepatica parasitic in the bile duct and liver of sheep. Fasciola hepatica is an extremely harmful and fast spreading disease that occurs widely in sheep breeding in Ejin Horo Banner. Fasciola hepatica parasitized in the liver and bile duct of sheep，and competed with sheep for nutrition during reproduction，resulting in stunted growth of sheep and decreased productivity of Ewes. In addition，Fasciola Hepatica can also produce a large number of toxins in its own reproductive process，which can cause systemic poisoning in sheep，affect the growth and development，and even cause a large number of lamb death.This paper mainly discusses the outbreak and epidemic course of fasciola hepatica in sheep and the process of diagnosis and treatment.

肝片吸虫病是由肝片吸虫寄生在羊体内引发的一种体内寄生虫病，羊一旦受到寄生虫的危害，常会引发急慢性的肝炎或者胆管炎，同时还会伴随全身性的中毒和营养障碍，影响羊的发育和健康，严重的会引发大量羊死亡。羊受到肝片吸虫危害后，初期不会表现出特征性的症状，但随着肝脏胆管中寄生虫的数量显著增加，个体不断增大，会与羊争夺营养物质，造成营养不良。重视肝片吸虫病的针对性防控，采取行之有效的措施进行针对性的防治，对预防和防控该种疾病在养殖场中的传流行有很大帮助，同时对推动整个养殖产业健康可持续发展有重要的意义。

1病例分析

2020年5月下旬，在中小规模的农牧民养殖户中出现一种传染性疾病，发病过程较快，发病羊的数量逐逐渐增多。……
