摘要：随着畜牧业的发展，猪场在发展过程中需要做好生猪疫病的防控工作。目前还没有针对非洲猪瘟的有效疫苗，也没有治疗该病的特效药，我国采取生物安全防控措施防控非洲猪瘟。中小型猪场受技术条件、防疫条件等因素的影响，在严格按照要求进行生物安全防控措施的落实过程中，很容易忽视其他动物疫病的检疫效果、免疫监测评价等，进而增加猪场出现疫情的风险。该文主要就非洲猪瘟压力下猪场在采样检测过程中的注意事项进行分析。

Points for Attention in Sampling and Detection of African Swine Fever under Pressure in Pig Farms LIU Guojuan

Abstract：With the development of animal husbandry in China，pig farms pig farms need to pay attention to the prevention and control of pig diseases in the process of actual development. At present，there is no effective vaccine for African swine fever in the pig epidemic，and there is no specific drug for the treatment of the disease to effectively prevent and control African swine fever special drugs，and China can only take biological safety control measures to prevent and control African swine fever.Therefore，small and medium-sized pig farms pig farms subject to because of technical conditions，epidemic prevention conditions and other factors，in strict accordance with the requirements of the implementation of biosecurity prevention and control measures，it is easy to ignore the quarantine effect of other animal diseases，immune monitoring and evaluation，and thus increase the risk of epidemics in pig farms pig farms.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the considerations in the sampling and testing process of pig farms under the pressure of African swine fever.

從非洲猪瘟在我国猪场造成的疫情分析发现，我国猪场受到该疫病严重的影响，因此在没有有效药物和疫苗防控的基础上，养殖人员要高度重视生物安全防控措施的落实，对猪场进行严格的消毒管理，尤其是对进出猪场的物资、车辆和人员要彻底消毒。在养猪过程中采取不抽血、不免疫、不断尾、不配种、不剪牙或者是减少免疫、检测、抽血、配种等措施。很多中小型猪场由于缺少技术人员，且养殖人员自身不具备相应技术，在实际中往往会根据经验进行生猪养殖。若是长期不对生猪开展免疫工作或者没有及时检测评价免疫效果，对免疫程序不及时进行调整，将会降低生猪养殖的基础免疫水平，增加猪场出现疫情的风险。

1做好猪场消毒工作
