摘要：我国畜禽养殖产业的快速发展，对于饲料的需求量也不断提高，如何提高饲料的品质安全，改善饲料在畜禽养殖中的消化利用率，是现阶段畜禽养殖产业和饲料行业所重点关注的问题。饲料通过发酵处理后，可以改善饲料营养物质的含量，同时提高饲料的消化利用率，改善饲料品质。发酵饲料在畜禽养殖中的应用研究越来越广泛，该文介绍了发酵饲料在猪和鸡养殖中的应用效果，旨在为发酵饲料的科学应用以及我国畜禽养殖产业的健康发展提供帮助。

近年，我国畜禽养殖产业迅猛发展，但也带来各种各样的问题，如养殖疾病的爆发、饲料中抗生素滥用、环境污染问题等，均在一定程度上限制我国畜禽养殖产业的健康发展。现阶段饲料行业全面禁抗，如何提高饲料品质，改善畜禽机体的健康状况，是目前广大养殖户所重点关注的问题。研究发现，发酵处理后，饲料中的大分子营养物质，会降解成易于畜禽消化吸收的小分子营养物质，同时发酵过程中微生物可产生多種消化酶，有助于畜禽的消化吸收，进而改善畜禽生产性能和机体健康状况。本文对发酵饲料在畜禽养殖中的应用研究进行论述，以期科学使用发酵饲料，为我国畜禽养殖产业的健康发展提供帮助。
