摘要：当前非洲猪瘟多发，防控形势日益严峻，给规模化猪场带来了巨大压力。完善的生物安全措施能有效预防疾病的发生，降低猪场发生重大动物疫病的风险。以非洲猪瘟为研究对象，主要对其传播方式、相关检测方法及如何做好猪场的生物安全防控进行分析研究，希望能够提供一些有价值的借鉴，有效应对非洲猪瘟，做好防控。

Research Progress of African Swine Fever Related Detection and Biosecurity Prevention and Control in Pig Farms

Abstract：Currently，African swine fever is prevalent and the prevention and control situation is getting more and more severe，which brings great pressure to large-scale pig farms. Perfect biosecurity measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of diseases and reduce the risk of major animal diseases in pig farms. Taking African swine fever as the research object，the author mainly analyzes and researches its transmission mode，related detection methods and how to do a good job of biosecurity prevention and control of pig farms，hoping to provide some valuable reference so as to effectively deal with African swine fever and do a good job of its prevention and control.

非洲豬瘟是由非洲猪瘟病毒感染引起的急性、热性、高病死率传染病，各个生长发育阶段的猪都可感染。该病毒在85 ℃的环境中能存活10 min，在60 ℃环境下能存活30 min。现阶段，对非洲猪瘟最好的预防方法是做好养猪场的生物安全。

1传播方式

一是直接接触。这是非洲猪瘟病毒传播最常见的方式，然而该病毒通过人、车、工具等载体传播更容易。

二是空气传播，如通过灰尘、气溶胶等传播，生猪在距离病原2 m以内会被传染。

三是介质传播，如携带非洲猪瘟病毒的蚊虫、苍蝇、鸟类，都可能将病毒传染给生猪，成为传播介质。

四是饲料传播，若饲料上有非洲猪瘟病毒，将会通过采食将病毒传播出去。

五是带病毒的物体，如水源、粪便等。

六是人类活动。若人类携带病毒可传染给生猪，同时这成为该病毒远距离传播的主要形式。

2非洲猪瘟相关检测方法

2.1分子生物学检测方法

聚合酶链式反应能对微量病原体中的DNA进行检测，通过核酸反应作用，对病毒进行可视化的检测和分析，具有灵敏度高、操作简单、准确性强的特点，也是进行非洲猪瘟检测工作常用的方法之一。……
