摘要：畜牧养殖规模化水平的不断提升及养殖数量不断增加，养殖管理中动物因病死亡的例数也越来越多。如果未能对因病死亡动物进行科学处理，将会导致较为严重的动物疫病风险，也会对环境产生严重的污染。该文总结了病死动物的无公害化处理工作，并就现存问题提出改进措施，以期提升病死动物无公害化处理水平，促进畜牧养殖的健康发展。

Problems and Countermeasures of Pollution-free Treatment of Dead Animals

Abstract：With the continuous improvement of the large-scale level of animal husbandry and the continuous increase of the number of breeding，the number of animal deaths due to disease in breeding management is also increasing. If we fail to scientifically deal with the animals that died due to disease，it will lead to a more serious risk of animal disease，also cause serious pollution to the environment，threaten the human and animal health level in the breeding area. This paper summarizes the pollution-free treatment of dead animals，and puts forward improvement measures for the existing problems，in order to improve the pollution- free treatment level of dead animals and promote the healthy development of animal husbandry.

病死动物的无公害化处理是动物卫生监督管理工作中非常重要的一项内容，也面临着各种各样的问题，尤其农村地区病死动物的无公害化处理监管难度更大，如未能及时进行科学合理的无公害化处理，将会对农村地区的动物饲养环境产生严重影响。病死动物携带大量病原菌，如未能及时进行无公害化处理，不仅会导致当地的气候环境受到污染，还会使该类疾病出现大范围传播，引起严重的动物疫情，威胁着畜牧养殖产业的健康安全生产，不利于动物防疫管理工作的强化和进步。因此，加强病死动物的无公害化处理，对畜牧养殖产业的健康发展壮大有显著促进作用。

1现存问题

1.1场地设施不足

新农村建设促进了各类农产业发展规模的扩大，畜牧养殖业是非常重要的一种类型，但在畜牧养殖中对病死动物的无公害化处理作仍然面临着一定的问题。缺少专门为病死动物进行无公害化处理的场所，不利于病死动物无公害化处理工作的有效实施[1]。……
