摘要：随着集约化、规模化生猪养殖场的不断发展，繁殖障碍性疾病在养殖场中呈现高发流行的态势，表现出复杂的临床症状。繁殖障碍性疾病是生猪养殖场的常发病和高发病，在没有达到繁殖阶段时，大多数患病猪不会表现出明显的、特征性的临床症状。繁殖母猪进入发情阶段之后表现为发情不规律，发情不稳定，多次发情不能正常受胎，即便是能够正常受胎，也会表现为中后期突然出现流产，产下死胎、木乃伊胎，生产的仔猪缺乏活力，短时间内死亡。目前繁殖障碍性疾病已经成为威胁规模化养殖场健康发展的一大影响因素。造成母猪繁殖障碍性疾病的病原种类多种多样，不同病原的发生流行特征存在很大的差异性。同时，由于养殖场存在免疫抑制性疾病，经常造成疫苗免疫接种失败，表现为混合感染，使疾病诊断难度更大。做好繁殖母猪疾病的诊断和预防工作具有重要的意义。

Diagnosis and Prevention of Reproductive Disorders in Pigs

Abstract：At present，with the continuous development of intensive and large-scale pig farms，reproductive disorders are showing a high prevalence in the farms，showing complex clinical symptoms. Reproductive disorders are common and high incidences in pig farms. When the reproductive stage is not reached，most of the diseased pigs will not show the obvious and characteristic clinical symptoms. After the breeding sows enter the estrus stage，the estrus is irregular，the estrus is unstable，and the estrus cannot be normally conceived for many times. Even if the fetus can be conceived normally，it will be manifested as a sudden miscarriage in the middle and late stages，giving birth to stillbirths and mummified fetuses. The piglets produced lack vitality and will die in a short time.At present，reproductive disorders have become a major factor threatening the healthy development of large-scale farms. There are many types of pathogens that cause reproductive disorders in sows and there are great differences in the occurrence and epidemic characteristics of different pathogens. In addition，the existence of immunosuppressive diseases in farms often causes vaccine immunization failures，resulting in mixed infection，making disease diagnosis more difficult. Therefore，it is of great practical significance to do a good job in the diagnosis and prevention of diseases in breeding sows.

隨着基层地区生猪养殖业规模化、集约化的迅猛发展，猪中繁殖系统疾病的发生率越来越高，已成为大中小型养殖场重要的传染性疾病之一，带来巨大的经济损失。母猪繁殖障碍性疾病又被称为繁殖障碍综合症，是以妊娠母猪出现流产，产下死胎、僵尸胎、木乃伊胎、畸形胎、弱胎为主要特征的疾病。目前在我国生猪养殖场，繁殖障碍性疾病主要是由病毒感染引发，常见的病毒有猪伪狂犬病毒、蓝耳病病毒、细小病毒、乙型脑炎病毒和猪瘟病毒。……
