摘要：向日葵除葵花籽可食用或者榨油外，其秸秆还可转化为饲料用于动物养殖，不仅能有效解决向日葵秸秆大量堆放、焚烧带来的环境污染问题，还能最大程度弥补动物饲养过程中饲料不足的问题，进而推动动物养殖业的持续稳步发展。该文主要对向日葵秸秆饲料化利用进行分析。

The Method of Feed Utilization of Sunflower Straw

Abstract：In addition to sunflower seeds which can be eaten or pressed for oil，the sunflower Straw can also be converted into feed for animal breeding，which can not only effectively solve the environmental pollution problem caused by stacking and burning of sunflower Straw in large quantities，it can also make up the shortage of feed in animal feeding process to the greatest extent，and then promote the sustainable and steady development of animal breeding industry. This paper mainly analyzes the feedstuff utilization of Sunflower Straw.

向日葵作为一种高产优质的经济作物，具有耐旱、适应性强、对土壤要求不高的特性，在我国很多省份都有种植，面积广泛。而大面积种植向日葵，会产生大量的秸秆，如果这些秸秆得不到合理利用，堆积、焚烧又会加剧环境污染[1]。合理利用向日葵秸秆成为当前亟待解决的重要问题。研究发现，向日葵秸稈营养丰富，可通过特定技术将其转化为动物饲料加以应用。向日葵秸秆通过不同方法处理后，可转化为营养丰富、适口性好、易于消化吸收、存储时间长的优质动物饲料，这样不但能合理利用这些向日葵秸秆，为动物补充营养元素，保证动物健康生长，增加养殖经济效益，还能减少动物养殖成本，避免人们收获向日葵后扔掉大量向日葵秸秆或者作为燃柴烧掉造成的环境污染与资源浪费问题。

1向日葵秸秆营养成分分析

向日葵秸秆中的营养成分远超于豆科、禾本科干草[2]，见表1、表2。

2向日葵秸秆利用方法

2.1晾晒、粉碎、直接饲喂添加

向日葵秸秆采收后需及时摊开晾晒，避免长时间堆放引发霉烂，通常5 d能晾好，合理储存或进行粉碎操作后科学投喂[3]，这样不仅能有效补充动物饲料，还可有效替代部分精料，应用时必须考虑养殖动物的品种及其饲养标准。……
