摘要：葡萄球菌病是仔猪生产上常见的一类疾病，该病原广泛存在于养殖场中，病原为金黄色葡萄球菌及葡萄球菌。葡萄球菌病主要是由饲养管理不当、室内环境通风不良、高温高湿引起的病原迅速繁殖，导致仔猪大面积出现伤亡，给生猪行业造成严重的经济损失，降低畜牧生产效率。该文主要从仔猪葡萄球菌病的临床症状、诊断及综合防治方法进行综述，旨在为养猪业工作人员提供参考意见，减少该病对养猪业造成的影响。

The Clinical Symptoms，Diagnosis and Comprehensive Prevention and Treatment of Staphylococcal Disease in Piglet Production

Abstract：With the continuous expansion of the scale development of the pig industry，the degree of large-scale breeding is getting higher and higher，and the epidemic prevention of pigs has become the most important link in current breeding. Staphylococcus disease is a common type of disease in piglet production. The pathogen is widely present in farms. The pathogens are Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus. The main cause of staphylococcal disease is the rapid propagation of pathogens due to improper feeding and management，poor indoor ventilation，high temperature and high humidity，causing large-scale casualties in piglets. Therefore，serious economic losses are caused to the pig industry and the efficiency of animal husbandry production is reduced. This article mainly reviews the clinical symptoms，diagnosis and comprehensive prevention and treatment methods of piglets from staphylococcal disease，and aims to provide reference opinions for the staff in the pig industry and reduce the impact of the disease on the pig industry.

0引言

在生豬养殖过程中，葡萄球菌病对仔猪的危害最为严重，其发病率和致死率居高不下，该病属于继发性感染病，治疗后复发概率较大，因此要确保良好的饲养管理技术，保证养殖环境干净整洁。外界环境比较潮湿的情况下，极容易引起葡萄球菌的繁殖。临床上，仔猪会出现不同程度的急性或慢性乳腺炎，以仔猪出现渗出性皮炎、皮肤病为主要特征。由于新生仔猪的伤口极易感染葡萄球菌，且葡萄球菌对药物治疗具有一定的耐药性，所以难以治疗，生产上主要以预防为主，防治相结合。

1病原简介

病原为葡萄球菌，主要是金黄色葡萄球菌。葡萄球菌经革兰氏染色后呈现出阳性，外观为球形，不会形成荚膜和芽孢，葡萄球菌直径为0.5～1.5 μm。染色后视野中的葡萄球菌呈现出不规则排列形状，如葡萄串样。其能够在鲜血平板上生长良好，生长后可见透明溶血环。……
