摘要：随着养殖业的快速发展，肉鸡养殖迎来良好的发展机遇。为保证肉鸡的健康养殖，需要积极做好病害防治工作。肉鸡霉菌毒素中毒是因采食饲料受到霉菌毒素污染引发的疾病，对于肉鸡的健康造成严重危害。该文主要针对肉鸡霉菌毒素中毒的发病原因、危害、剖检变化及防治进行论述。

Harm and Control of Mycotoxin Poisoning in Broiler Chickens

Abstract：With the rapid development of breeding industry，broiler breeding ushered in a good opportunity for development. In order to ensure the health of broiler breeding，we need to do a good job in disease prevention. Mycotoxin poisoning in broilers is a disease caused by mycotoxin contamination in feed，which is harmful to broilers' health. In this paper，the cause，harm，anatomical changes and prevention of mycotoxin poisoning in broilers were discussed.

近年，随着肉鸡养殖规模的逐渐扩大，肉鸡霉菌毒素中毒时常发生，对肉鸡的脏器带来不同程度的损伤，严重影响肉鸡健康成长，给肉鸡养殖带来很大的损失。想要保证肉鸡的健康养殖，需要采取各种措施预防饲料和垫料的霉菌污染，进而降低肉鸡霉菌毒素中毒的发生几率。

1霉菌毒素中毒发生原因

1.1饲料生产导致含水量增高

在生产颗粒料的过程中，生产者如果没有选择合适的冷却机器和配套风机，并且在操作过程中没有细心的进行调整校验，将会令颗粒料中不能够充分冷却，导致这些饲料中含有过多的水分，且温度偏高。颗粒料在装入包装袋后不能够保持空气流通，为饲料霉变创造了条件。

1.2饲料运输、储存不当

饲料在运输、储存的过程中受高温、潮湿环境的影响，导致饲料含水量增加，如果没有及时处理，将会使其在贮存过程中出现霉变，导致饲料霉菌毒素积攒[1]。

1.3饲养因素

肉鸡一般都是采用地面平养方式，如果使用的垫料潮湿或者鸡舍内的环境潮湿，不能保证良好的卫生条件，采食不完的饲料接触潮湿的地面环境导致饲料霉变，肉鸡采食霉变饲料后出现霉菌毒素中毒现象。……
