摘要：在乡村振兴和地方惠农政策的普及下，我国畜牧业经济发展迅速，尤其是育肥牛产业示范化基地建设为育肥牛产业链发展奠定了基础。该文对育肥牛科学养殖技术要点进行分析，从品种选择、饲料选择、饲喂方法、环境控制、防疫接种和出栏管理6个方面进行系统概述，以期为我国育肥牛科学养殖提供参考。

Main Points of Fattening Cattle Breeding Technology

Abstract：with the popularization of Rural Revitalization and local preferential agricultural policies，China's animal husbandry economy has developed rapidly，especially the construction of fattening cattle industry demonstration base has laid the foundation for the development of fattening cattle industry chain. Combined with my own work experience，the author analyzes the key points of scientific breeding technology of fattening cattle，and systematically summarizes it from six aspects ：variety selection，feed selection，feeding methods，environmental control，epidemic prevention vaccination and marketing management，in order to provide reference for scientific breeding of fattening cattle in China.

我国育肥牛技术从20世纪70年代开始快速发展，随着科学养殖技术的推广和应用，养牛业也逐步向规模化、产业化发展。对育肥牛养殖关键技术进行研究，对发展和壮大肉牛养殖产业具有重要意义。

1品种选择管理

品种是育肥牛科学养殖的起点和关键，品种选择直接关乎育肥牛的市场竞争力和养殖收益。研究报道显示，不同品系架子牛的生长性状、育肥速度和肉质差异较大，一般情况下，养牛场对育肥牛品种选择主要根据饲养目的来决策[1]。一般有以下几个考量因素：一是出栏时间，在相同的日粮和饲喂管理下，本地黄牛日增重速度不如杂交牛快，许多养牛场为获得体重大的牛，选择杂交品种。除此之外，杂交牛的遗传性状好，肉质佳，养殖周期比本地牛短，抗病性较高，其市场需求量较大;二是牛肉品质，从牛肉营养价值、口感方面考量，养牛场偏向于选择肉质好、体型较小架子牛;三是出肉率，不同年龄的架子牛增重差异明显，小于2岁的架子牛由于自身骨骼、组织和肌肉增长所需，其料重比明显低于4～5岁架子牛，4～5岁架子牛肌肉中的蛋白质和脂肪沉积率增长快。……
