摘要：内蒙古乌拉特前旗的绵羊养殖产业得到不同程度发展，但由于很多农牧民沿用传统放牧养殖的管理模式，不注重做好本地种质资源的保护工作，加上种间无序交配，使得繁殖母羊的生产性能显著下降，生产能力严重不足。该文探讨了绵羊品种改良发展方向，并论述其中存在的问题，提出相应的解决对策。

Abstract：The sheep breeding industry in Wulat Front banner of Inner Mongolia has been developed to different degrees，but because many farmers and herdsmen follow the management model of traditional grazing and breeding，they do not pay attention to the protection of local germplasm resources，and because of disordered interspecific mating，the production performance of the breeding ewes was significantly decreased and the production capacity was seriously insufficient. In this paper，the development

direction of sheep variety improvement was discussed，and the existing problems were discussed，and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.

內蒙古乌拉特前旗有众多的绵羊品种，当地的细毛绵羊具有极强的适应能力，产绒量较高，能够在严酷的放牧地区保持良好的生产性能，产出性能较高。但近年随着绵羊养殖业的不断发展，对优质品种的需求量不断增加，原有品种的生产性能呈现逐渐落后的态势。对此需要积极开展绵羊品种改良，通过引进优质种公羊对本地绵羊进行杂交处理，从生产后代当中选择优质的种羊开展养殖，能够加速绵羊复壮，为高产稳产奠定坚实基础。从当前绵羊品种改良的现状来看，还存在不同程度的问题，这些问题如果得不到妥善解决，势必会影响到改良进程和改良成效，不利于提高养殖户的经济效益，因此需要从品种改良角度入手，构建新型的管理体系，提高工作能力，为绵羊群体创造良好的生长环境。

1乌拉特前旗绵羊品种改良方向

1.1完善良种培育体系

近年，乌拉特前旗先后引进陶赛特羊、萨福克羊、德克萨尔羊及杜泊羊等作为父本开展本地绵羊的品种改良工作，取得了良好的改良成效。……
