摘要：为探讨牛羊乳房炎的防治方法与经验，选择100只患有乳房炎的牛羊，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组提供常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上，增加中兽医治疗，对两组的治疗效果进行对比。结果发现，观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。利用中西兽医结合的方法来治疗牛羊乳房炎，能够取得理想效果，值得推广。

Methods and Experience of Veterinary Prevention and Treatment of Bovine and Sheep Mastitis DONG Jianjia

Abstract：To explore the prevention and treatment methods and experiences of mastitis in cattle and sheep，100 cattle and sheep suffering from mastitis were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group，the control group provided conventional treatment and the observation group added Chinese veterinary treatment on the basis of conventional treatment，and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. It was found that the total treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. It was inferred that using the combination of Chinese and Western veterinary medicine to treat mastitis in cattle and sheep can achieve ideal results and is well worth promoting.

牛羊養殖业的发展规模不断扩大，但是牛羊乳房炎的患病率也大幅度增加。这类病症的发生，不仅给动物健康带来不利影响，也极易给养殖户造成经济损失。针对牛羊乳房炎中的兽医防治应给予足够重视，在创新尝试中积累更丰富的经验，探索出更新颖有效的兽医防治措施，以此来最大限度的降低牛羊乳房炎的患病率。

1试验动物与方法

1.1试验动物

选择100只患有乳房炎的牛羊，随机分为对照组、观察组。2组患病牛羊的数据差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2方法

对照组采用常规西药治疗。观察组在常规治疗的基础上，联合中兽医治疗，并制定出科学完善的预防方案。

1.2.1预防

首先，制定科学的饲养管理方案。在日常工作中，养殖管理人员要准确把握牛羊乳房炎感染原因，再结合实际情况，选择更有效的防治方式优化日常管理工作，为预防管理质量、效率提供有力保障，进一步完善工作体系与模式。一方面，要定时清扫、消毒牛羊圈舍，提高清洁度，最大限度减少或避免细菌滋生，为牛羊健康生长提供保障。在……
