摘要：为给犊牛泻痢的治疗提供有效方法，选择中兽医治疗手段对犊牛泻痢进行治疗干预，探讨中兽医在该疾病治疗中的应用效果。选择河南驻马店2019年1月到2020年1月收治的80例患有泻痢疾病的犊牛作为研究对象，按照随机法分为例数相同的2组，设定为对照組和治疗组。对照组接受传统药物治疗，治疗组接受传统药物联合中草药治疗，治愈率、治疗天数判定中兽医的具体治疗效果。对照组治疗有效率75%，显著低于治疗组95%，治疗天数显著多于对照组。利用中兽医对犊牛泻痢疾病实施治疗可提升治疗有效率，缩短治疗时间，加快患病犊牛的恢复速度，可减少养殖农户的经济损失，值得在牛养殖及犊牛泻痢干预中进行推广和借鉴。

Experimental Report on Treatment of Calf Diarrhea with Chinese Veterinary Medicine

Abstract：In order to provide an effective method for the treatment of diarrhea of calves，the traditional Chinese veterinary therapy was selected to intervene the diarrhea of calves，and the effect of traditional Chinese veterinary therapy was discussed. A total of 80 calves with diarrheal disease from January 2019 to January 2020 in Zhumadian，Henan Province were randomly divided into two groups：Control Group and Treatment Group. The Control Group received traditional medicine treatment，the treatment group received traditional medicine combined with Chinese herbal medicine treatment，cure rate，treatment days to determine the specific effect of Chinese veterinary treatment. The effective rate of the control group was 75%，significantly lower than that of the treatment group （95%），and the treatment days were significantly more than that of the control group. Using traditional Chinese veterinary medicine to treat calf dysentery disease can improve the treatment efficiency，shorten the treatment time，speed up the recovery speed of the sick calves，and reduce the economic losses of farmers，it is worth popularizing and using for reference in cattle breeding and calf diarrhea intervention.

牛养殖行业发展速度不断加快，为满足市场上对于牛类产品的需求，犊牛繁殖速度也在提升，犊牛泻痢的几率提高。犊牛泻痢主要是由于外邪入侵导致的疾病，会使犊牛的肺部、脾脏、胃部、肝脏造成损伤[1]。当犊牛泻痢不断加重后，会增加犊牛的死亡率，病情严重时粪便呈水样状，犊牛出现长时间卧倒现象，无法自主站立，呼吸异常，为控制该疾病需要提高药物治疗效果。传统药物治疗效果不稳定，部分犊牛难以痊愈，影响后续犊牛的发育，进而降低牛肉产量和质量。
