摘要：猫瘟是由猫泛白细胞减少症病毒引起的一种导致猫科动物出现机体发热、呕吐及肠道炎症疾病的常见传染性疾病，患病动物还会出现机体白细胞减少的特征症状。猫瘟疾病导致的死亡率较高，且猫瘟疾病在猫科动物之间传染性极强，也易导致幼龄猫科动物死亡的情况。该病目前尚无特效药物治疗，最好的方案是通过定期免疫接种预防发病。该文主要论述一例猫瘟的诊断与治疗。根据患猫的临床症状、猫瘟病毒抗原快速检测试纸及血常规检查结果综合确诊为猫瘟，随后采取补充能量、消炎、调节电解质、抗病毒等方案进行综合治疗，以期为同行提供参考。

Diagnosis and Treatment of a Case of Cat Plague

Abstract：Feline distemper is a common disease caused by the cat Leukopenia virus that causes fever，vomiting and inflammation of the gut in cats，as well as the characteristic symptoms of leukopenia in infected animals，infectious disease said. The mortality rate caused by feline distemper is high，and feline distemper is highly contagious among felines，and also easy to cause the death of young felines. There is no specific drug treatment of the disease，the best program is through regular immunization to prevent the onset. This article mainly discusses the diagnosis and treatment of a case of cat plague. According to the clinical symptoms of the cat，the results of the cat plague virus antigen rapid test paper and the blood routine examination，the cat plague was diagnosed，with a view to providing reference for peers.

猫瘟在兽医临床上又被称为猫泛白细胞减少症、猫传染性胃肠炎，是由于动物感染猫泛白细胞减少症病毒引起的一种导致猫科动物出现呕吐、机体发烧、肠道炎症疾病及机体中白细胞数量降低的接触性、传染性疾病[1]。猫泛白细胞减少症病毒是细小病毒科，细小病毒属成员，单股正链DNA，病毒粒子无囊膜，结构较致密，对外界环境的抵抗力很强，含毒组织低温可长期保存，实际临床中，通过使用0.5%有效浓度的福尔马林、0.175%浓度的次氯酸钠以有效消除病原微生物，作为主要的消毒药剂[2]。

猫瘟好发于3～5月龄的幼猫，主要通过患病猫的分泌物和排泄物传染，在急性期病毒血症期间，蚊、蝇、蚤、虱、螨等吸血媒介昆虫也可成为传播媒介[3]。……
