【摘要】随着新冠肺炎疫情在全球范围内持续蔓延，疫情可能对人类产生持久而深刻的影响。面对防控难度最为重大的公共卫生事件，在国内疫情趋于平稳，疫情防控常态化的背景下，我们应该继续做好健康教育工作，不断运用各种宣传手段普及卫生知识，倡导健康观念。本文将从我国现阶段在新冠肺炎时期健康教育工作的不足出发，对加强我国健康教育工作渠道、内容和方式进行论述，从健康传播学的角度为巩固我国疫情防控措施建言献策。

On the basis of health communication theory， discussion on improving the health education during the period of public health emergencies

[Abstract] As the COVID-19 epidemic continues to spread globally， it could have a lasting and profound impact on life of human. In the face of the most difficult public health events， we should continue to promote health education， popularize health knowledge and initiate health conception under the background that the epidemic situation in China tends to be stable and epidemic prevention and control becomes normal. Basing on the deficiencies of China’s health education in the current stage of COVID-19， the paper will discuss the channels of communication， job contents and work methods of strengthening China’s health education， and offer suggestions for consolidating China’s epidemic prevention and control measures from the perspective of health communication.

突發公共卫生事件是指突然发生或者可能发生，直接影响到公众健康和社会安全，需要紧急应对的公共卫生事件。突发公共卫生事件应急体系是一门系统科学，其中健康教育是这一体系不可缺少的组成部分。健康教育和健康传播能及时有效地预防突发事件的传播和蔓延，提高公众处理突发公共卫生事件的应急能力，并减轻其带来的损失和不利影响，是预防与控制事件发展的重要策略和方法[1-2]。

1 我国针对突发公共卫生事件的健康教育工作现状

1.1健康教育工作的基本情况 在当前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情依然存在，并在全球范围内持续扩散的背景下，全面分析我国现阶段在突发公共卫生事件中健康教育所存在的问题，提升居民对突发公共卫生事件的认知及增强其安全应对能力对于提升国家突发公共卫生事件的应急管理能力来说显得尤为重要。……
