摘  要：1+X证书制度是我国职业教学制度的重大创新，然而在该制度下如何实施职业技能证书与课程相融合的课程改革，成为当前急需探讨的问题。因而以《运输管理实务》课程为例，在研究了物流管理职业技能等级标准对运输模块的要求，结合课程教学实践，主要从教学内容重构、教学方式改革、课程评定改革三个方面进行了探讨，提出了课证融通教学改革的思路。

Abstract： The 1+X certificate system is a major innovation in China's vocational teaching system. However， how to implement the curriculum reform of the integration of vocational skill certificate and curriculum under the system has become an urgent problem. Therefore， this paper takes the course of transportation management practice as an example， studying the requirements of the logistics management professional skill level standard for the transportation module and combining with the teaching practice of the course， and puts forward the idea of teaching reform of course certificate integration mainly discussing the reconstruction of teaching content， the reform of teaching methods and the reform of curriculum evaluation.

2019年2月，国务院出台了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，启动1+X证书制度试点工作，鼓励职业院校学生在获得学历证书的同时，积极考取多种职业技能证书，拓展就业创业本领，缓解结构性就业矛盾。

物流管理职业技能等级证书作为第一批1+X证书之一，分为初、中、高三个级别，分别对应学历层次为中职、高职、本科。初级包含物流市场开发与客户管理、运输管理、配送管理、仓储与库存管理、数字化与智能化五个模块，中级在初级的基础上增加了物流成本与绩效管理模块，高级又在中级的基础上增加了供应链管理模块。此外物流管理1+X证书要求从业人员应具备职业安全、职业道德、环保认知等职业素养。物流管理职业技能中级中各个模块分值分配见表1。

在中级中运输管理模块分值占比大，同时《运输管理实务》作为物流管理专业的专业核心课程，该课程教学质量高低直接影响到物流管理专业学生的职业技能水平，因此有必要实施《运输管理实务》课程的教学与1+X证书制度相融合的课程改革。……
