摘  要：据中国信息通信研究院发布的数据，2020年1～12月，中国市场5G手机出货量达到1.63亿部，占同期全部手机出货量的52.9%。而据市场研究公司IDC（国际数据公司）预测，2021年我国将有40%的用户切换为5G手机。网络口碑作为互联网信息重要的组成部分，对消费者的购买意愿和行为有着至关重要的影响。文章在此背景下聚焦5G手机的网络口碑，以问卷调查的方式调研消费者目前的5G手机使用情况以及对5G手机网络口碑三个维度的看法，并用SPSS进行数据分析，在此基础上提出5G手机网络口碑的提升建议。

Abstract： According to data released by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology， from January to December 2020， 5G mobile phone shipments in the Chinese market reached 163 million units， accounting for 52.9% of all mobile phone shipments in the same period. According to market research company IDC（International Data Corporation）， 40% of my country's users will switch to 5G mobile phones in 2021. As an important part of Internet information， network reputation has a vital influence on consumers' purchase intentions and behaviors. In this context， this article focuses on the network reputation of 5G mobile phones， using questionnaire surveys to investigate consumers' current 5G mobile phone usage and their views on the three dimensions of 5G mobile phone network reputation， and uses SPSS for data analysis， and proposes suggestions for improving 5G mobile phone network reputation on this basis.

1  背  景

CNNIC发布的第46次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示，截至2020年6月底，5G终端连接数已超过6 600万，三家基础电信企业（中国移动、中国联通、中国电信）已开通5G基站超40万个。这不仅显示出我国在5G普及上的决心和行动力，更昭示了5G手机换机潮的到来，普及5G和更新终端是趋势更是方向。

据中国信息通信研究院发布的数据，2020年1～12月，中国市场5G手机出货量达到1.63亿部，占同期全部手机出货量的52.9%。而2020年12月，中国市场5G手机出货量1 820万部，更是占同期手机出货量的68.4%;上市5G新机型19款，占同期手机上市新机型的42.2%。由此可见，5G手机在我国市场的渗透率逐步增加。市场研究公司IDC（国际数据公司）发布了2021年中国智能手机市场的10大预测，预测认为2021年中国市场智能手机出货量将同比增长4.6%，市场规模上升至3.4亿台;全国40%的手机用户将切换为5G手机。……
