摘  要：随着我国脱贫攻坚的全面胜利，国家乡村振兴局的正式挂牌，标志着乡村振兴战略的全面实施。在这个关键时期，为了实现巩固和扩大脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴的有效衔接，本文以高速公路服务区为着力点，以物流供应链为导向，探讨了高速公路服务区如何创新物流业务，并主动承担起助力乡村振兴的重任。文章回顾了国内高速公路服务区拓展物流业务等新兴产业的研究成果，通过分析服务区的发展现状，提出了“服务区+农产品配送中心”的创新业务发展方式，并对该项目的可行性、开展条件和主要经营模式进行分析，最后提出了项目开发过程中可能涉及到的问题以及解决方法，为高速公路服务区介入物流行业提供了新思路，同时也为农村发展注入了新动力。

Abstract： With the overall victory of China's poverty alleviation， the official listing of the National Rural Revitalization Bureau marks the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. In this critical period， in order to realize the effective connection between consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization， this paper takes the expressway service area as the focus， takes the logistics supply chain as the guidance， discusses how to innovate the logistics business in the expressway service area， and takes the initiative to undertake the important task of helping rural revitalization. This paper reviews the research results of domestic expressway service area expanding logistics business and other emerging industries， and puts forward the innovative business development mode of“service area+agricultural products distribution center”by analyzing the development status of service area， and analyzes the feasibility， development conditions and main business model of the project. Finally， the paper puts forward the problems and solutions that may be involved in the process of project development， which provides a new idea for the expressway service area to intervene in the logistics industry， and also injects new power into the rural development.

實施乡村振兴战略是十九大的一项重大决策安排。2021年2月25日国家乡村振兴局正式挂牌，这不仅代表着我国全面打赢了脱贫攻坚战，同时也是乡村振兴战略全面实施的起点。随着县县通高速的加快实现，我国高速公路建设网络密度不断扩大，对周边地区经济发展的带动作用日益显现。作为高速公路网的配套基础设施，高速公路服务区紧邻乡村地区，土地资源丰富，是大量车辆和旅客的聚集地，也是发展物流业务的良好交通区位。
