摘  要：农产品绿色物流是发展绿色经济的时代要求，在提高农产品利润率，提升农产品经济效益，助力乡村振兴和促进健康消费方面有巨大的推动作用。然而我国农产品绿色物流的发展时间尚短，发展体系还不够完善，还存在着基础设施不够完善，相应的法律法规尚未健全等问题，基于此，要求完善农产品绿色物流管理体系，加强政策引导和保障，创新应用绿色物流技术，搭建农产品绿色物流信息共享平台和打造农产品绿色供应链体系来实现农产品物流的绿色化。

Abstract： The green logistics of agricultural products is the requirement of the era for the development of green economy. It plays a huge role in improving the profit rate of agricultural products， enhancing the economic benefits of agricultural products， helping rural revitalization and promoting healthy consumption. However， the development time of green logistics for agricultural products in my country is still short， the development system is not perfect， the infrastructure is not perfect， and the corresponding laws and regulations are not yet complete. Based on this， it is required to improve the green logistics management system for agricultural products， strengthen policy guidance and guarantee， innovatively apply green logistics technology， build a green agricultural product green logistics information sharing platform and create a green agricultural product supply chain system to achieve green agricultural product logistics.

0  引  言

中国是农产品的主要生产国和消费国，随着环保意识和绿色消費观念渐入人心，人们对健康、安全、绿色无公害农产品越来越重视，为了满足日益增长的绿色、安全、健康、营养的农产品需求，农产品绿色物流迫在眉睫。从我国农产品生产流通来看，不仅流通效率低，而且绿色程度和发达国家相比也有一定差距，导致资源利用效率低，食品安全问题屡见不鲜，不利于人类健康和社会经济的可持续发展。而传统的农产品物流作业由于其物流规划的不科学，物流过程的粗放，对环境和生态经济造成了严重影响，增加了能源和人力成本，阻碍了社会经济的可持续发展。我国物流业由于起步晚，规模小，现实中的农产品物流发展还是粗放型增长，从观念制度到技术手段都满足不了绿色经济的要求。……
