【摘  要】新时期背景下，建筑施工企业的工会工作人员必须意识到工会工作在促进企业稳定和发展过程中的重要作用，对工会工作形式进行创新，切实维护员工的合法权益，确保企业深化改革的平稳推进，不断提升员工队伍素质，为企业发展提供坚强的人力资源支撑，加强企业工会和企业文化的建设，为企业各项工作的开展奠定基础。论文主要对如何在新时期做好建筑施工企业的工会工作进行分析，并提出具体的对策与建议，以供参考。

【Abstract】Under the background of the new period， the trade union staff of construction enterprises must realize the important role of trade union work in promoting the stability and development of enterprises， innovate the forms of trade union work， effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of staff， ensure the smooth progress of deepening reform of enterprises， continuously improve the quality of staff team， and provide strong human resources support for the development of enterprises. They should strengthen the construction of enterprise trade union and enterprise culture to lay the foundation for the development of all kinds of enterprise work. This paper mainly analyzes how to do well the trade union work of construction enterprises in the new period， and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions， for reference.

1 引言

工会组织在企业中占据特殊的地位，尤其是在当前企业间的竞争激烈之时，工会工作人员应加大对职工群众的维权服务力度，深入推进工会改革创新，勇于担当、锐意进取，积极作为、真抓实干，开创新时代我国工会事业和工会工作新局面。

2 建筑施工企业工会工作概述

在新时期背景下，建筑施工企业工会存在较多问题，如工作方式没有革新、工作重心没有抓住、工作的管理没有处理到位、工作载体不灵活等。因此，工会工作要以维护员工权益、促进企业发展为中心，遵循为员工服务的准则。其中，重点实施以下措施：第一，切实地维护员工的合法权益，确保员工的个人利益，促进企业平稳发展;第二，认真解决员工存在的各种问题，为员工排忧解难，着重处理最突出的问题;第三，不断提高员工队伍的文化涵养、个人素质，为企业提供最牢靠的人力资源;第四，组织开展各项生产竞技等工会活动，不仅大幅度提高了生产力与员工的积极性，更促进建筑施工企业紧跟时代脚步，大步向前地发展。……
