摘  要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代，对高质量研究生教育和高层次研究型人才的需求更加迫切。严把招生入口质量，是提升研究生培养质量的基础。应用型本科院校占据了我国高等教育的“半壁江山”，是硕士研究生招生的重要来源。因此，应用型本科院校的人才培养质量与研究生教育质量的提升直接相关。通过对CG学院2016-2019年考研升学情况分析发现，超过30%的学生有考研升学的需求。应用型本科院校应为有考研升学需求的学生开展个性化人才培养，包括落实以学生为中心的理念、摸清个性化发展诉求、设置模块化课程超市、组建创新实验班、完善学分制管理等。

Abstract： Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era， and the demand for high-quality graduate education and high-level research talents is more urgent. Strictly controlling the quality of admissions is the basis for improving the quality of postgraduate training. Applited undergraduate colleges and universities occupy "half of my country's higher education" and are an important source of postgraduate enrollment. Therefore， the quality of personnel training in applied undergraduate colleges is directly related to the improvement of the quality of graduate education. Through the analysis of CG College's 2016-2020 postgraduate entrance examination， it is found that more than 30% of students have the need for postgraduate entrance examination. Applied undergraduate colleges and universities should develop personalized talent training for students who need to enter postgraduate entrance examinations， including implementing student-centered concepts， clarifying individual development demands， setting up modular curriculum supermarkets， establishing innovative experimental classes， and improving credit system management， etc.

中共中央、國务院印发的《中国教育现代化2035》提出“推动我国成为学习大国、人力资源强国、人才强国”“加强创新人才特别是拔尖创新人才的培养”。教育部印发的《教育部关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》强调“坚持学生中心，全面发展”，因此，各高校要在教育教学中牢固树立“以学生为中心”的理念，为所有学生的发展创造条件，为所有学生的选择提供有效的专门指导与制度保障。
