摘  要：批判性思维能力是实现终身学习以及培养创新能力中需要运用到的重要能力，有必要在外语教学活动中融合批判性思维能力的培养。文章主要结合实例，拟就英语写作课堂中，从如何引导学生客观地评价教材以及引导学生进行习作的同伴反馈等方面在培养学生批判性思维能力上做一些初步的探讨。教师可以在写作课堂上通过引导学生对教材进行客观评价、借助同伴反馈等方法来锻炼学生的批判性思维能力。

Abstract： Critical thinking ability plays an important role in lifelong learning and the cultivation of creativity. Therefore it is necessary to incorporate the cultivation of critical thinking ability in language teaching. This paper provides a preliminary exploration of teaching practice for cultivating students' critical thinking ability. Specifically， this paper discusses， in EFL writing class， （ⅰ） how to guide students to evaluate the textbook objectively in the class and （ⅱ） how to guide students to evaluate others' writings by peer feedback. It concludes that the objective evaluation of teaching material and peer feedback do contribute to the cultivation of students' critical thinking ability.

批判性思维是一種评估、比较、分析、探索和综合信息的能力，在实现终身学习以及培养学生创新能力中发挥着重要作用。英语专业学生批判性思维能力缺席问题早已引起外语界诸多前辈学者的关注（如胡文仲[1]、孙有中和金利民[2]、虞建华[3]、黄源深[4]等）。把批判性思维能力培养确定为英语专业的重要培养目标之一已经广为学界所认同。就英语专业写作教学与批判性思维能力培养而言，李莉文[5]就明确指出，我国高校英语专业写作课教学改革的核心问题就是：如何把批判性思维能力的培养融入英语写作教学的各个环节，使学生通过该课程的学习有效提高批判性思维能力。

认知能力有六级分类：识记、理解、应用、分析、评价和创造[6]。批判性思维能力集中体现在认知能力层级中的应用、分析、评价等较高层面上。……
