摘  要：地方应用型高校思想政治理论课是应用型高校课程教育改革中的重要组成部分，以讲授为主的教育教学方式较为单一、偏重理论，与应用型高校教育教学理念脱节。而将行为主义心理理论与咨询技术融入思政课课程体系则与地方应用型高校人才培养目标一致。基于行为主义心理理论构建产出导向的思政课理论教育教学模式，基于行为主义心理咨询理论构建行动学习为主的思政课实践教育教学模式，将行为主义心理理论与咨询技术应用在高校思想政治理论课程教育中，与教育教学环节相互结合，突出地方应用型高校教育的应用性，以期为应用型高校思想政治理论课教育教学改革提供参考。

Abstract： The ideological and political theory courses in local applied universities are an important part of the curriculum education reform in applied universities. The teaching-based education and teaching methods are relatively simple and theoretical， and are out of touch with the teaching concepts of applied universities. The integration of behaviorist psychological theory and consulting technology into the curriculum system of ideological and political courses is consistent with the talent training goals of local applied universities. The paper constructsa teaching model of theoretical education of an output-oriented ideological and political course based on behaviorist psychological theory， a teaching model of practical education of an action-oriented ideological and political course based on behavioral psychological counseling theory， combining behaviorist psychological theory and consulting technology. It is applied in the course education of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities， and it is combined with the links of education and teaching to highlight the applicability of local application-oriented college education， in order to provide a reference for the education and teaching reform of ideological and political theory courses in applied colleges.

地方应用型高校是根据国内外经济社会发展的需求和现代科技发展趋势设置专业、以培养应用型人才为目标的学校，致力于培养知识结构合理、富有应用型、创新和实践能力的高级人才[1]。与传统的研究型院校、技能型院校不同，新兴的应用型高校更加强调理论知识与技术的应用，强调大学管理者、教师、学生、技术专家、用户等多主体参与知识的运行，旨在从不同主体角度出发创造知识的价值，强调知识行动从“生产-传播-应用”的单向线性运行走向双向互动，形成知识运行的一体化[2]。……
