摘要： 针对搭载主动热管理系统的发动机进行台架耐久试验研究，对比研究了主动热管理系统的三种工作模式在不同的耐久试验规范下的试验特性，研究表明，主动热管理系统根据标定自行工作将会提高暖机速度。在规范A试验过程中，散热器冷却水温度低于其他两种模式，出水温度、缸头温度、缸体温度则高于其他两种模式。主动热管理系统的三种工作模式在规范B试验中，旁通温度、进水温度、出水温度、缸头温度、缸体温度加热阶段表现相同，而工作模式对于冷却液流量影响最大，对机油温度无影响，主动热管理系统的工作模式对发动机的性能无影响。

Abstract： The bench endurance test of the engine equipped with the active thermal management system is carried out. The test characteristics of the three working modes of the active thermal management system under different endurance test specifications are compared and studied. The research shows that the active thermal management system is calibrated by itself work will increase the warm-up speed. During the specification A test， the radiator cooling water temperature is lower than the other two modes， while the outlet water temperature， cylinder head temperature， and cylinder block temperature are higher than the other two modes. The three working modes of the active thermal management system in the specification B test， the bypass temperature， the inlet water temperature， the outlet water temperature， the cylinder head temperature， the cylinder body temperature heating stage behave the same， and the working mode has the greatest influence on the coolant flow rate， and no influence on engine oil temperature， and the working mode of the active thermal management system has no influence on the performance of the engine.

0  引言

主动热管理系统（ATM，Active Thermal Management）是新开发的一种由可变电子水泵、MRV（Main Rotating Valve）、BRV（Block Rotating Valve）和若干遍布于发动机本体上的水温传感器等模块构成的新型热管理系统，该系统最大的亮点就是可以对发动机内的缸体、缸盖、排气、机油等进行分离式冷却。笔者相信主动热管理系统将会是未来内燃机的标配技术[1-2]。

本文在发动机耐久试验台架，将搭载有主动热管理系统的发动机和台架冷却系统耦合，通过主动热管理系统三种工作模式在不同的耐久试验规范中研究了其试验特性，分析了主动热管理系统的工作特点。

1  试验台的构

1.1 发动机参数  本文在一台1.5L涡轮增压直列四缸发动机上展开研究，发动机的主要参数如表1所示。……
