摘    要：“新农科”建设背景下，立德树人是培养卓越农林人才的中心环节，而思政教育是重中之重。本研究对高校生命科学相关专业基础课程微生物学进行思政改革，从建设计划、教育方法和载体途径、介绍典型思政案例和实践教学等内容进行了初步探讨，将思政教育融入日常微生物学教学，在教授基础知识的同时增强学生们的爱国精神、辩证思维等，以实现 “三全育人”的目的。

Abstract： Under the background of "new agricultural science" construction，it is the central link to cultivate outstanding talents in agriculture and forestry， and curriculum ideological and political education is the top priority.This study carried out curriculum ideological and political education reform on Microbiology， the basic course of life science-related majors in universities.The discussions were based on the construction plan， educational methods， typical ideological and political cases and practical teaching. Integrate ideological and political education into daily Microbiology teaching， and enhance students' patriotism and dialectical thinking while teaching basic knowledge. The purpose of this study was to realize the goal of cultivating students through three wholes.

2016年，习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调要把思政工作贯穿教学的全过程，实现“三全育人”[1]。“新农科”建设要求培养卓越农林人才，而立德树人则是培养人才的中心环节[2-3]。因此，在教学的过程中需要充分挖掘课程体系中所蕴含的思政要素，实现全方位育人。为了有效推进思政教育，洛阳师范学院发布了《洛阳师范学院关于落实立德树人根本任务，推进课程思政教育教学改革工作实施方案》文件，积极推进课程思政教育教学改革。

微生物学是洛阳师范学院生命科学学院“新农科”建设专业的一门重要的必修课程，使用的是周德庆主编的《微生物学教程》，主要讲述微生物发展史、微生物的形态结构、营养和代谢特征、遗传规律、生态、传染与免疫和系统分类等内容[4]。该课程与医学、药学、化学及生命科学等多个领域都有着密切联系[5]。……
