摘  要：传统翻译人才培养模式过分强调理论教育而轻视专业实践能力培养，以至于人才培养与社会需求发生脱节。在新的时代背景下，地方高校应用型翻译人才培养应主动顺应新文科的建设需要，立足于校情实际和市场需求探索应用型人才培养新模式。在构建这一模式的过程中，应注意优化课程体系设置、改革翻译教学方法、创新翻译教材编写以及注重校企双主体协同培养;为确保应用型人才培养模式的有效运行，还应深化应用型人才培养的体制机制改革、健全应用型人才培养的政策制度、完善教学质量评价体系、加强“双师型”教师队伍建设。

Abstract： The traditional cultivating mode of translation talents overemphasizes theoretical education but neglects the training of professional practical ability so that the cultivation of translation talents is disjointed with the social needs. Under the new historical background， the cultivation of translation talents in local colleges and universities should be active to conform to the constructing needs of new arts and explore the new cultivating mode of practical translation talents based on the actual situations of the local colleges and universities and the market requirement. In the course of constructing the cultivating mode， we should optimize the setting of the curriculum system， reform the teaching methods of translation， innovate the compilation of translation textbooks and pay attention to the mode that the double subjects（colleges and enterprises） co-cultivate translation talents. To ensure the effective operation of the cultivating mode of practical talents， we should also deepen the reform of the system and mechanism for cultivating practical talents， perfect the rules and policies on the cultivation of practical talents， improve the evaluation system of teaching quality and strengthen the team construction of dual-qualified teachers.

“新文科”概念由美國希拉姆学院在2017年率先提出，指对传统文科进行学科重组、文理交叉，把新技术融入哲学、文学、语言等诸如此类的课程中，为学生提供综合性的跨学科学习。在我国，新文科理念现已成为高教领域继新工科、新医科、新农科之后的又一重大举措。在这一新的形势背景下，新时代外语教育更应主动识变、应变、求变，以新文科理念指引探索切合时代发展的人才培养新路径。基于此，立足于地方高校实际和应用型翻译人才培养现状，探索面向地方经济社会发展需求的应用型翻译人才培养模式无疑具有十分重要的实践价值和现实意义。

一、应用型翻译人才的培养现状
