摘  要：随着我国硕士研究生人才培养力度的加大，其人才培养质量成为关注的焦点。澳大利亚格里菲斯大学环境学科人才培养质量在国际上具有良好的声誉，其硕士人才培养方案的分析研究对我国环境类高质量人才培养具有重要意义。文章对格里菲斯大学环境学硕士、环境工程硕士和环境工程与污染控制硕士在生源要求、人才培养目标、课程体系和授课方式等方面进行了分析，同我国环境领域硕士人才培养进行了对比，并提出相应建议。格里菲斯大学环境硕士按专业分类和专业方向进行培养，生源要求、人才培养目标和课程设置均有较大差异;根据学生就业意愿进行分类管理;授课采用讲座和辅导课相结合的方式以及学生选课自由度非常大，这些均可为我国高校环境类硕士研究生人才培养模式改革提供一些有益的借鉴。

Abstract： The quality of personnel training has become the focus of attention with the increase cultivation of postgraduates in China. Griffith University of Australia has a good reputation in the world for the quality of environmental talents training， the analysis and research of its master's training program are of great significance to the cultivation of high-quality environmental talents in China. In this paper， the requirements of enrollment students， the training objectives， the curriculum system and the teaching methods of environmental science master， environmental engineering master and environmental engineering and pollution control master in Griffith University were analyzed and compared with those of China， and put forward some corresponding suggestions. The environmental master of Griffith University is trained according to the major classification and professional direction， and there are great differences in the requirements of student source， talent training objectives and curriculum settings. The classified management is carried out according to the employment intention of students; the combination teaching method of lectures and tutorial courses; the great freedom of selecting courses for students etc. which all can provide some useful references for the talent training mode reform of master degree candidate in domestic universities.

2020年7月29日，習近平总书记对研究生教育工作作出重要指示强调，研究生教育在培养创新人才、提高创新能力、服务经济社会发展、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化等方面具有重要作用。清华大学校长邱勇在全国研究生教育会议上提到，研究生培养的质量上不去，就不可能建成高等教育强国。邱勇提到，硕士生教育应重点培养学生解决当代社会、经济和产业发展中所面临的实际问题的能力。……
