【摘    要】近年来，随着我国生活水平的不断提升，我国农村、城镇居民的旅游人数持续上升，同时，在旅游过程中，出现了大量关乎“文明短缺”的现象，这增加了人们对文明话题的关注度。中小学教学，以争做文明人为培养目标，对中小学生的良好品德教育专门设计了实施方案，提升中小学生的文明话题认知水平。本文通过相关文明话题，对中小学生的品德培养策略进行探究。

Educational Strategies to Cultivate Good Moral Characters for Primary and High School Students

【Abstract】In recent years， with the continuous improvement of living standards in our country， the number of tourists from rural and urban residents in our country has continued to rise. At the same time， there has been a large number of phenomena related to the "shortage of civilization" during the tourism process， which has increased people's attention to the topic of civilization. In primary and high school teaching， with the goal of training to be civilized people， the implementation plan is specially designed for the good moral education of primary and high school students to improve their awareness of civilized topics. This article explores the moral cultivation strategies for primary and high school students through relevant civilized topics.

近年來，我国针对城市文明问题、公民文明问题做了很大的改进，逐步将国民素质提升。文明教育要从小开始培养，这样的概念深入人心。中小学生培养良好的品德素质成为社会不可推卸的责任。从中小学生的文化素养水平、个人为人处世态度、公共行为中，可以发现，中小学生的品德养成与家庭有相当大的关系，在这种情况下，我国积极推进家风建设。中小学良好的品德习惯为学生带来如沐春风的体验，不仅提高了学生的学习兴趣，也帮助学生养成爱护卫生等好习惯。

一、提升中小学生的品德意识

（一）宣传标语

培养学生的品德意识需要全方位进行，首先，加强学生的道德意识。首先是街道的宣传栏上、小区的通知栏上、道路两旁的围墙上都张贴有关个人品德的宣传资料。这样做不仅对市民来说是一个良好的社会氛围，对中小学生的品德培养也是一个耳濡目染的过程。例如：在宣传栏上张贴24字社会主义核心价值观，学生即使没有刻意去背读，但是在长期的观察后也能将24字社会主义核心价值观记住甚至倒背如流，从心理学的角度来说，这是人的潜意识的作用。……
