【摘    要】本文针对班主任在家校合作期间出现的问题，从合作内容与合作方式、合作形式与家长意识、合作随意性与规范机制三个方面进行阐述与总结，并针对班主任在家校合作中出现问题的成因，从学生家长、班主任以及学校这三个方面展开探究分析，以期能为今后的家校合作工作提供参考性建议。

A Brief Analysis of the Problems Encountered by the Teacher in Charge of the Junior High School in the Home-School Cooperation and Its Causes

【Abstract】This article aims at the problems that arise during the Home-School Cooperation of the head teacher， from the three aspects of cooperation content and cooperation methods， cooperation forms and parental awareness， cooperation arbitrariness and normative mechanism， elaborates and summarizes， and in view of the causes of the problems in the Home-School Cooperation of the head teacher， an inquiry and analysis are carried out from the three aspects of the students parents， the head teacher and the school， in order to provide reference suggestions for the future Home-School Cooperation work.

班主任與学生家长的通力合作，可以实现彼此分享教育资源，充分发挥家庭教育与学校教育的功能，使学生获得最佳的学习效果。然而在现阶段，家校合作工作存在诸多弊端与缺陷，其成因也是复杂多样，会对学生的学习与成长产生严重的负面影响。因此，针对初中班主任在家校合作过程中遇到的问题以及问题背后的成因进行探究分析，有着极大的必要性与现实意义。

一、班主任在家校合作过程中出现的问题

（一）合作内容狭隘，合作方式不当

就目前形势而言，尽管我国教育行业已经大规模普，并落实了新课程教育改革工作，注重开展素质教育，但应试教育、“唯成绩论”等理念仍然普遍存在于多数学生家长心目当中。这种情况在经济较为发达的大中城市中相对较轻，然而在城乡结合区，特别是乡村地区尤为严重。相比于大中城市，这些地区往往更看重分数，所以我国家校合作的主要指向目标就是学生的考试成绩。围绕家校合作开展的家长会、班主任家访、班主任家长沟通等活动形式，主要目的就是交流学生在校内的学习情况、考试成绩，成绩成了家长班主任交流、评价学生的重要标准，同时也成了衡量学生家长地位的一种无形尺度。……
