【摘    要】随着我国经济发展速度逐渐加快，对小学生的要求也逐渐提高，小学生处在身心发展的关键时期，通过适当的心理健康教育，能显著增强学生的抗压能力，帮助他们树立自主意识，达到素质教学的目标。渗透式教学方法能降低学生产生厌烦心理的概率，进一步提高教育质量，有利于心理健康建设活动的开展。本文首先分析了渗透式心理健康教育的基础概念，然后阐述其作用，最后深入研究相关策略途径，以供参考。

Implementation of Permeable Mental Health Education in the Work of Primary School Head Teachers

【Abstract】With the gradual acceleration of my countrys economic development， the requirements for primary school students are gradually increasing. Primary school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development. Appropriate mental health education can significantly enhance students ability to withstand stress， help them establish a sense of autonomy and achieve quality goal of teaching. The penetrating teaching method can reduce the probability of boredom of students， and further improve the quality of education， which is conducive to the development of mental health construction activities. This article first analyzes the basic concepts of osmotic mental health education， then explains its role， and finally studies related strategies and approaches for reference.

在信息化時代，小学生面临的内容密度与学习要求都出现了显著的变化。由于诸多现实因素的影响，学生个体可能会积攒过多的心理压力，导致出现认知问题或行为偏差现象，不利于未来的健康发展。因此，班主任应当结合新课程标准内容以及素质教学的基础要求，对学生进行渗透式心理健康教育。通过这种方式，能帮助学生有效抒发内心的压力，达到良好的心理平衡状态，避免出现不良的情绪问题，使他们能健康、茁壮地成长。在这一过程中，班主任需要深入研究并分析班级内部的学生状态，通过针对化设计方案，对学生进行渗透心理教育，使他们能建立自身的正确认知，达到良好的发展目标。

一、渗透式心理健康教育的基础概念

通常情况下，心理健康教育需要以目标对象作为行动指引核心，通过分析其心理状态以及行为模式，达到舒缓压力、开发潜能的目标。……
