【摘    要】我们通常所说的学困生指的是学习方面成绩不理想的学生，怎样帮助孩子找到合适的自己的学习方法，提高学习质量是教育的关键。部分学习成绩不好的学生，反应不灵活，基础知识掌握差，对各学科都不感兴趣，上课学习精力不集中，作业经常完不成。因此，本文积极探索转化学困生的策略，以期为学困生提供帮助。

A Brief Talk on the Strategies for Transformation of Students with Learning Difficulties

【Abstract】The students with learning difficulties we usually refer to are those with poor academic performance. How to help children find their own learning methods and improve the quality of learning is the key to education. Some students with poor academic performance have inflexible responses， poor mastery of basic knowledge， are not interested in any subject， are not concentrated in class， and often fail to complete their homework. Therefore， this article actively explores the strategy of changing students with learning difficulties in order to provide help for students with learning difficulties.

學困生形成的原因有很多方面，有社会国家大环境的影响，有不合时宜的教育理念和教师不合理教育教学方法的影响，更有家长根深蒂固的教育方法和生活习惯的影响，再加上学生自身因素的影响。我们作为班主任，怎样才能有效做好学困生的转化工作呢？

一、树典型，立新风，让学困生在潜移默化中改变自己

好的班风是一个优秀班集体成功的关键，能在不知不觉中带动整个班集体健康茁壮地成长。正气的班风是转化学困生的基础。

首先，班内要制定严格的班级管理制度，规范学生的言行举止，不断提升学生的自我约束能力，给学生营造一个融洽的学习氛围。

其次，要培养学生的大局意识和团队意识，让每一位学生都以集体利益为重，这也是形成好的班风最重要的条件之一。

再次，利用好班干部的先锋模范作用，选择一些责任心强，各方面表现突出的学生，特别是有组织能力，有号召力热爱班集体的学生担任班干部。……
