摘要 分析了福建农产品物流近况与农业电子商务的发展现状，提出了建立福建特色农产品云平台已成为农业未来发展的趋势，云计算技术建设的农产品云平台具有运行可靠稳定、降低建设和维护成本、灵活多样的服务、兼容性高和可扩展性好等优势。以及电子商务模型及采用模型，介绍了云计算概念、云计算3种服务模式和SaaS的优点，最后重点介绍平台模块、开发技术和功能导航。

Abstract We analyzed the current situation of agricultural product logistics in Fujian and the development status of agricultural e-commerce， and proposed that the establishment of a cloud platform for Fujian characteristic agricultural products had become a trend in the future development of agriculture. The agricultural product cloud platform built by cloud computing technology had reliable and stable operation， lower construction and maintenance costs and flexibility， as well as diversified services， high compatibility and good scalability and other advantages. We introduced the e-commerce model and the adoption model， the concept of cloud computing， cloud computing three service models and the advantages of SaaS. And finally we mainly introduced the on the platform module， development technology and functional navigation.

福建地处亚热带，山多海湾多，是一个农业大省，又是一个乡村大省，特色农产品品种繁多，得益于农业技术进步和相关优惠政策，福建省特色农产品产量快速增长。但是，由于传统销售渠道造成的高流通成本，农产品价格高，而特色农产品的收购价格较低，严重影响农民的积极性。随着冷链物流配送业的发展，电子商务已经使人们无须离开家就可以轻松购买想要的农产品，这对于福建特色农产品的“走出去”和品牌建设具有重要意义[1]。近年来，福建省政府对农产品信息化的发展越来越重视。随着福建省信息化水平的不断提高，特别是涉农建设的不断突破，福建省先后建立了不少农产品信息网站。农业电子商务平台可以提高效率、节约成本、扩大营销范围、增加收入。随着农产品产业化的发展，农产品质量得到了很大的提高，特色农产品需要寻求更广阔的市场，将所有商业活动和贸易交易数字化，并使用网络环境进行快速有效的交易。……
