摘要：电气自动化系统的发展是迅速的，也包括了继电器控制、电子计算机控制、顺序控制器、PLC、CIMS、DCS、纵向控制技术等多项技术的发展和应用。近些年来自动化技术的发展逐渐在汽车产品行业崭露头角，以其集成化、智能化的特点，在汽车产品设计、生产制造等得到青睐。电气自动化技术的应用与发展，使汽车系统更加安全稳定，同时在故障自动诊断、智能化设计等方面提供了基础和更多的可能性。汽车领域中电气自动化系统的应用对汽车生产、制造、设计、驾驶、故障诊断维修都有重要的意义和作用。

Abstract： The development of electrical automation system is rapid， also includes relay control， computer control， sequence controller， PLC， CIMS， DCS， longitudinal control technology and other technology under the development and application. In recent years， the development of automation technology gradually emerges in the automotive product industry. With its characteristics of integration and intelligence， it has been favored in automotive product design， production and manufacturing. The application and development of electric automation technology make the automobile system safer and more stable， and at the same time provide the foundation and more possibilities in the aspects of automatic fault diagnosis and intelligent design. The application of electric automation system in automobile field is of great significance and function to automobile production， manufacture， design， driving， fault diagnosis and maintenance.

0  引言

电气自动化发展过程中，工业制造的革新也在进行，汽车工业制造作为规模庞大、影响范围广的行业，在电气自动化、智能化方面发展迅速，并一直处于行业领先地位。在汽车领域中，不仅在整车制造生产线上体现其自动化和智能化，在汽车产品、功能等方面的使用也有多样化的体现。与此同时，汽车设计与制造，所涉及的技术是复杂、多样且密集性的。在汽车行业发展过程中，传统汽车制造企业通过数量取得市场的时代已经过去，现代汽车制造企业想要参与市场竞争和长期发展，必须以技术为核心基础，实现全面的提升。自动化系统的应用，对汽车行业的发展有着重要的意义。
