摘要：随着制造业市场竞争愈来愈烈和劳动成本的不断提高，企业已经开始注重非标自动化产品的发展，不断寻求非标自动化设备代替人工进行生产制造，以达到提高产品质量和降低生产成本的目的。非标自动化产品在工业零部件的生产及装配、医疗产品的装配及包装、电子元器件装配、物流行业的仓储等方面有广泛的应用。本文针对非标自动化行业的特点进行分析，对非标自动化产品的企业门槛、人员素质、创新研发等方面中存在的问题进行分析，并提出行之有效解决方案，以促进非标自动化行业的发展，带动我国制造业有序可持续发展。

Abstract： With the increasingly fierce competition in the manufacturing market and the continuous increase in labor costs， companies have begun to focus on the development of non-standard automation products， and constantly seek non-standard automation equipment to replace manual manufacturing in order to improve product quality and reduce production the purpose of the cost. Non-standard automation products have a wide range of applications in the production and assembly of industrial parts， assembly and packaging of medical products， assembly of electronic components， and warehousing in the logistics industry. This article analyzes the characteristics of the non-standard automation industry， analyzes the problems in the enterprise threshold， personnel quality， innovative research and development of non-standard automation products， and proposes effective solutions to promote the development of the non-standard automation industry， to promote the orderly and sustainable development of my country's manufacturing industry.

0  引言

非标自动化生产线是按照用户提出的需求，为用户定制的特定且唯一的自动化生产线，装配用的零部件都是按照统一的行业标准和规格制造的[1]。近年来，随着劳动力数量的下降、劳动成本的提高以及企业对产品质量的更高要求，非标自动化产品也迅速得到推广，市场规模不断扩大，但我国非标自动化设备企业存在数量多、体量小，核心技术落后、设备不稳定的特点，与当今一流水平存在非常大的差距，为了引导制造业的发展，我国非标自动化设备企业必须要组建专业团队，创新研发出具有企业的特色的精专产品，充分利用高新技術，打造机电一体化的设备，以促进非标自动化行业的发展，带动我国制造业有序可持续发展，引领世界一流水平。……
