摘要：机械加工设备的合理搬迁和正确安装对设备使用性能的正常发挥起着重要作用。通过对机械加工设备搬迁技术和安装调试技术进行分析，论述了设备搬迁和安装调试的组织和实施规范，提出了安全、可靠、优质、高效的机械加工设备搬迁和安装方案。

Abstract： The standard relocation and correct installation of machining equipment play an important role in the normal performance of the equipment. Based on the analysis of the relocation technology and installation and commissioning technology of machining equipment， the organization and implementation standards of equipment relocation and installation and commissioning are discussed， and the safe， reliable， high-quality and efficient relocation and installation scheme of machining equipment is put forward.

0  引言

在现代制造业中机械加工占有重要地位，随着我国产业结构的优化和升级的发展，对机械零件加工的需求量也不断增加，对机械加工设备的数量和性能提出了更高要求。企业要发展，就必须适应社会需求和提高产品竞争力，常常采用优化生产空间布局、扩大生产规模，增添新设备，升级改造旧设备等措施，对现有机械加工设备再利用，搬迁和安装是必不可少的主要环节。一般生产企业的机械加工设备种类繁多，规格不统一，搬迁时间紧，工作任务重，设备交验周期短，如何实现设备搬迁和安装的安全、可靠、优质、高效是值得深入研究的课题。

1  机械加工设备搬迁与安装常见问题分析

设备搬迁与安装是一项专业性很强的工作，对施工单位的资质、参与人员的综合能力、设备使用规范都有严格要求。在实际操作中因操作不当产生一些问题，如盲目操作、设备损伤、拆卸随意、忽视安全、机械连接不合理、电气线路出现故障、设备运转精度不达标等问题，造成搬迁安装后的设备不能正常使用，甚至损坏。……
