摘要：随着我国工业产业的升级，我国汽车制造业发展速度很快，同时国产车的认可程度与市场覆盖面也在逐步提升，但伴随而来的是激烈的市场竞争。赢得市场竞争必须要依靠提升汽车的制造水平，提升汽车的自动化生产能力，进一步降低成本，提升产品的科技含量，因此本文以汽车制造行业为例，对我国机械制造技术领域的创新与发展提出了自己的看法。

Abstract： With the upgrading of my country's industrial industry， my country's automobile manufacturing industry is developing rapidly， and at the same time， the recognition and market coverage of domestically-produced cars are gradually increasing， but with it is fierce market competition. Winning the market competition must rely on improving the manufacturing level of automobiles， improving the automated production capacity of automobiles， further reducing costs， and improving the technological content of products. 0  引言

2020年11月，RECP自贸协定的签订，标志着我国将进一步融入世界市场。这些自贸协定的签订，会降低进口汽车的关税，使得我国国产汽车制造业面临更大的竞争压力，迫使相关产业必须进行技术升级，以提升自身的综合竞争力。而汽车制造业的升级的基础在机械制造技术的更新换代上，只有不断提升机械制造技术，才能实现汽车制造业在生产环节的产业升级。

1  机械制造技术概述

中国是世界上发展最快的国家之一，机械领域与国内经济的兴衰息息相关，具有重要的价值。但中国机械工业领域的发展还存在许多障碍。我国机床的设计水平较低，所涉及的领域过窄，整体水平不高。我国机械制造业还没有完全适应国际需求，自主创新能力不强。其中大部分是国外高端技术的引进，使得我国机械制造业的发展处于一个被动的状态。其它国家如拒绝向中国提供高端技术，将严重阻碍中国在该领域的正常发展与进步。另外，国内的机械设计过去也有过一些缺陷，如设计更新速度慢、内部零部件发展不平衡等。……
