摘要：目的 专病一体化护理在老年冠心病伴心衰患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年7月-2020年7月在我院进行治疗的老年冠心病伴心衰患者共70例，随机分为观察组和参照组，各35例。参照组（常规护理），观察组（专病一体化护理）。观察两组并发症发生率、满意度。结果 两组患者的并发症发生率有差异，观察组低于参照组（P<0.05）。两组患者的满意度有差异，观察组高于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 专病一体化护理可在患者的护理中取得显著的效果，具有大力推广的价值。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of integrated nursing of special diseases in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods a total of 70 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who were treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and reference group，35 cases in each group. The control group（routine nursing），the observation group（special disease integrated nursing）. The incidence of complications and satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results there was a difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups，and the observation group was lower than the reference group（P < 0.05）. The satisfaction of the two groups was different，the observation group was higher than the reference group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the integration of special disease nursing can achieve significant effect in the nursing of patients，which has the value of vigorously promoting.

冠心病是常见的心内科疾病，临床罹患此病的患者主要以老年人为主，同时冠心病患者有较高的概率并發心力衰竭。此种情况下患者需要及时接受治疗，以避免疾病的持续恶化【1】。但受年龄、情绪、疾病等因素的交织影响，患者很容易出现依从性下降的情况。同时因此类患者的疾病治疗较为复杂，故而需要给予患者科学的护理干预，以此来辅助患者的临床救治。鉴于此，此次研究将围绕着专病一体化护理在老年冠心病伴心衰患者中的应用效果进行论述，报道如下：

1资料方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2019年7月-2020年7月在我院进行治疗的老年冠心病伴心衰患者共70例，随机分为观察组和参照组，各35例。参照组男20例，女15例，患者年龄60-81岁，平均年龄（70.35±5.22）岁;观察组男21例，女14例，年龄60-82岁，平均年龄（70.67±5.79）岁。一般资料对比无显著差异（P>0.05）。纳入标准：患者符合疾病的诊断标准;≥60岁。排除标准：无法配合完成临床调查者;伴有精神障碍、心理疾病者;临床资料不完善者。……
