摘 要：目前，科技与经济的发展为建筑行业的发展提供了良好的条件和环境，我国建筑工程项目在数量、规模等方面都有所增加。然而，在整个建筑工程项目建设期间，由于建设时间长、项目规模大、不确定性因素多等问题的存在，导致建筑工程项目存在着诸多的风险，这就在一定程度上限制了建筑工程项目的建设质量和水平。所以，现阶段对工程项目进行严密的、科学的、全面的风险管理是十分的关键。对此，本文结合建筑工程项目风险对全面风险管理措施进行了探究。

Abstract： At present， the development of science and technology and economy provides good conditions and environment for the development of the construction industry. The number and scale of construction projects in China have increased. However， during the whole construction period， due to the problems of long construction time， large project scale and many uncertain factors， there are many risks in the construction project， which limits the construction quality and level of the construction project to a certain extent. Therefore， at this stage of the project to carry out rigorous， scientific， comprehensive risk management is very critical. In this regard， combined with the construction project risk， this paper explores the enterprise risk management measures.

一、引言

現阶段我国正处于基础建设的关键时期，此时建筑市场日渐多元化，投资主体也朝着多元化发展，建筑工程项目建设的数量、规模、周期都出现了明显的变化，尤其是建筑工程项目涉及到的专业领域越来越多，这也意味着工程项目建设中影响因素也在不断的增多[1]。面对如此严峻的形势必须做好全麦你风险管理工作，掌握风险识别技术，借助信息技术对项目风险进行科学的评估和分析，确保能够将风险降到最低，为企业的发展带来更大的经济效益。

二、建筑工程项目风险类型

一些建设项目，被利益冲昏了头脑，将企业的收益看得比建筑的质量更重要，因此导致一些建筑工程企业忽略了对管理制度的制定，没有把工作的细节和难点进行重点管理，仅仅从整体上对项目进行了简单的规划，并没有对具体的建设环节进行把控，这也是造成施工进展一直拖沓的缘故，也在一定程度上影响了工程质量[2]。……
