摘 要：与其他建筑工程相比，电气施工工程的综合性较强，项目主要有电气工程的自动化、智能建筑建设、电气设施等部件来构成的。在实际的建设工程中，建筑的电气施工环节举足轻重。正因如此，相关企业才应当加强对于建筑电气工程的施工管理，保证其完成度和安全性。这就需要相关企业根据实际施工中遇到的问题来改进建筑电气施工方式，帮助电气施工技术得到更好的提升，同时保障建筑的安全性，只有提高了住户的生活质量，保障好住户的居住体验，才能帮助企业获得更好的经济收益，从而实现建筑科技的进一步发展。

Abstract： Compared with other construction projects， the electrical construction project is more comprehensive， and the project mainly consists of automation， intelligent building construction， electrical facilities and other components of electrical engineering. In the actual construction project， the electrical construction of the building is very important. Because of this， the relevant enterprises should strengthen the construction management of building electrical engineering to ensure its completion and safety. This requires the relevant enterprises to improve the building electrical construction methods according to the problems encountered in the actual construction， help the electrical construction technology get better promotion， and ensure the safety of the building. Only by improving the quality of life of residents and ensuring the living experience of residents， can the enterprises get better economic benefits， so as to realize the further development of construction technology.

一、引言

从现实意义上而言，建筑电气工程的复杂性较高[1]。在进行建筑建设的时候，电气线路通常是在前期就要被安置在建筑物的墙体之中，这无疑增加了建筑电气工程施工的难度。因此，在正式展开施工的筹划阶段，相关建筑企业就应当提前制作好具体的施工方案，同时决定好所应用的材料，提前留好电气线路所需要的空间，防止后期产生不必要的麻烦[2]。如果设计并不合理或是质量出现问题，就很容易导致在正式投入使用时出现问题，从而影响建筑物的正常投入使用。……
