摘 要：随着我国在信息化建设中的不断发展，传统的地理信息系统已经无法满足城市规划。信息技术在信息化社会的背景下，不仅能够促进信息建设进程加快，还影响着人们的生活方式与节奏等，作为建设数字化城市的重要组成因素，地理信息系统的应用，能够有效帮助政府组织、部门以及社会共享等实现战略性、综合性的研究，促进城市建设事业不断发展。本文针对地理信息系统在数字化城市中的应用进行研究，数字化城市建设提供地理信息系统应用相关理论依据与建议，促进城市化建设更加完善、现代化。

Abstract： With the continuous development of information construction in China， the traditional geographic information system has been unable to meet the needs of urban planning. Under the background of information society， information technology can not only accelerate the process of information construction， but also affect people's lifestyle and rhythm. As an important component of building a digital city， the application of geographic information system can effectively help government organizations， departments and social sharing to achieve strategic and comprehensive research， and promote the continuous development of urban construction. In this paper， the application of geographic information system in digital city is studied. The construction of digital city provides the relevant theoretical basis and suggestions for the application of geographic information system， and promotes the construction of urbanization to be more perfect and modernized.

一、前言

数字化城市管理信息主要突显的特征为城市管理的信息量剧增，信息的处理与传递不断加快，信息处理方式与内容更加复杂，其中所包含的技术处理逐渐加快。所以，城市管理的方法逐渐产生质的变化[1]。数字化城市建设需要依据空间数据，比如城市居民供水问题，在建设中首要任务是明确居民周边的供水管网、管线等具体情况与管线粗细、荷载能力[2]。其次要针对具体情况进行完善计划与分析。传统的数据定位查询与管理方式弊端较大，无法满足当下城市建设质量与效率等方面的要求。所以在成熟建设中，应用地理信息系统，可以有效弥补传统模式上的不足，并为数字化城市建設创造有利条件。……
