摘要：目的 针刺联合桃红四物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）随机对照研究。方法 随机选取的60例病例，均为2020年1月-2020年10月就诊的DPN患者。计算机随机等额法分组，各30例。对照组实施常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础同时实施针刺联合桃红四物汤治疗。对比治疗效果。结果 相比于对照组，观察组治疗有效率较高（P<0.05）;治疗后观察组患者MNCV及SNCV指标明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 DPN在常规用药同时选择针刺联合桃红四物汤治疗方案，可提升治疗有效性，提升患者运动及感觉神经功能，应用价值高。

Objective to investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with peach red Siwu Decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods 60 DPN patients were randomly selected from January 2020 to October 2020. The patients were randomly divided into two groups，30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine，while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results compared with the control group，the effective rate of the observation group was higher（P < 0.05）;After treatment，MNCV and SNCV of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion acupuncture combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of DPN can improve the efficacy of treatment，improve the motor and sensory nerve function of patients，and has high application value.

DPN是糖尿病患者常見并发症，主要临床表现为心悸、水肿及视线模糊，机体出现麻木、痒、触电、发热等感觉为普遍特征，而严重的还会造成下肢关节病变或者下肢溃烂等情况，是导致糖尿病患者截肢致残的主要诱因【1】。会明显降低患者生活质量，加重家庭负担。临床中利用西药进行治疗，可改善疾病临床症状，但是有效性不足【2】。中医外用治疗方法操作简便，安全性理想，临床将其应用疾病临床治疗效果理想【3】。本次研究将针刺联合桃红四物汤治疗方案用于DPN的临床治疗中获得满意效果。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选取的60例病例，均为2020年1月-2020年10月就诊的DPN患者。纳入对象均符合西医DPN的诊断标准;存在四肢麻木、体乏无力及舌苔暗，确认为符合中医“血痹”标准;患者家属对研究知情同意并签署相关文件;排除标准：其他原因诱发的神经病变;存有其他严重并发症者;合并其他严重机体病变者;治疗不耐受患者;精神疾病或是意识障碍患者。……
